Typeface is still cornerstone of every visual comunication. Choosing or designing the right typeface is essential for every branding project. Mostly we rely on our experience and feeling. Could the choise of typeface parameters for branding be more formal and methodological? My answer is in conneecting brand's tone-of-voice with typeface parameters. This could be called Tone of typeface.During my lecture I’ll show the roots of custm/bespoke typefaces or brands, review current releases and demonstrate my projects, relying on tone of typeface method.
